Tuck-in Hospice's Tuck-in Program provides end-of-life support and emotional support. The program offers support groups in patients' homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and the hospitals. The groups meet twice per month and are led by a mid-State Chaplain and a pastoral supervisor. Participants can share their thoughts, feelings and memories with the group for about an hour and half.
